Dry Aged Beef Tartare
This simple Dry Aged Beef Tartare recipe will turn any meal into an experience!
And this is how it's done:
Ingredients
- 250 g dry-aged beef
- 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece of peeled, finely chopped shallot
- 2 finely chopped pickles
- 1/4 bunch chopped chives
- 1/4 bunch chopped coriander
- 5-6 small capers, chopped
- 2 small anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation
- Cut the dry-aged beef into slices. Then cut crosswise into strips and chop finely.
- Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl and fold in the meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- If desired, you can add Parmesan cheese and garnish with nasturtium.
