Fruity cocktail

Lena from Mein leckeres Leben (My Delicious Life) has come up with a new recipe:

And this is how it's done.

INGREDIENTS (4 - 6 glasses)

  • 250 ml of rosé or white wine
  • 250 ml Prosecco
  • 400 ml of mineral water
  • 150 ml of peach or blueberry nectar
  • 2 ripe peaches or nectarines
  • 1 handful of blueberries or raspberries
  • 2 organic lemons
  • Ice cubes for serving

METHOD

  1. Cut the nectarines into small cubes. Squeeze 1 lemon, cut the other lemon into slices.
  2. Mix all ingredients and serve with ice cubes.
